HOW DO I APPLY/RENEW?
STEP 1: RESIDENTS, COMPLETE THE APPLICATION THAT APPLIES TO YOU:
*Renewals do not pay the application fee again but must provide a new guarantor form!*
NON STUDENT QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently employed full time locally
Monthly salary is at least three times monthly rent
Qualifying credit score of at least 650 (processed by The Garden District)
Current driver's license
Approved rental verification
STEP 2: ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN GUARANTOR. THE COSIGNER WILL FILL OUT THE BELOW FORM, SAVE IT, AND SUBMIT IT TO THE CORRECT SUBMISSION BUTTON LABELED NEW OR RENEWAL.
*PARENTS, IF YOU ARE RETIRED, WE REQUIRE A INCOME OR SAVING STATEMENT FOR THE APPLICANT TO BE APPROVED*
STEP 3: PAY YOUR APPLICATION FEE
THE APPLICATION FEE FOR BOTH STUDENT AND NON STUDENT APPLICATIONS IS $95
