The Garden District is a unique multi-family community consisting of 234 apartment homes with quaint courtyards & private balconies only minutes from the campus of Georgia Southern University. Residents may choose a one-bedroom/one-bath studio apartment, a two-bedroom/two-bath or a three-bedroom/three-bath town home or single-level home. The charming exterior design is fashioned upon New Orleans’ historic Garden District and famous French Quarter. The interior of each apartment home is as contemporary in design as the exterior is traditional.
The Garden District offers the most extensive choice of floor plans, the highest value and the safest environment in Statesboro and is clearly Georgia Southern’s “most unique new apartment community”.
One Bedroom / One Bath Studio
The one-bedroom studio is fully furnished with sofa, chair, computer/study desk, and a “disappearing” full-size bed which folds into a wall cabinet. In addition, the kitchen contains a range top, microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The rent is $460.00 per month, which includes electricity, water and sewer, High- Speed internet, and Expanded Cable with HBO. Maximum occupancy allowed is one person. An on-site laundry facility is available for the exclusive use of studio residents. No Security Deposit is required.
Two Bedroom/Two Bath Aparment Homes
The Garden District offers four different two-bedroom floor plans to choose from. They range in size from 1,024 to 1,100 square feet. Each is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, electric range/oven, frost-free refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, overhead lighting, ceiling fans in each bedroom, monitored security system and “state of the art” communication wiring. The rent is $379.00 monthly per bedroom for a flat floorplan or $389.00 monthly per bedroom for a townhouse floorplan. The maximum occupancy allowed in a two-bedroom apartment is two persons. High-Speed Internet and Expanded Cable with HBO is included in the rent price. A Fixed Rate Utility Package (electricity, water, & sewer) is an available option at $70.00 per bedroom per month. A Furniture Package (fully furnished living room with TV, dining room and all bedrooms) is also an available option at only $30.00 per bedroom per month. No Security Deposit is required.
Three Bedroom/Three Bath Aparment Homes
The Garden District offers four different three-bedroom floor plans from which to choose. They range in size from 1,250 to 1,300 square feet. Each is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, electric range/oven, frost free refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, overhead lighting, ceiling fans in each bedroom, monitored security system and “state of the art” communication wiring. The rent is $299.00 monthly per bedroom for a flat floorplan or $325.00 monthly per bedroom for a townhouse floorplan. The maximum occupancy allowed in a three-bedroom apartment is three persons. High-Speed Internet and Expanded Cable with HBO is included in the rental price. A Fixed Rate Utility Package (electricity, water & sewer) is an available option at $70.00 per bedroom per month.
