Resident Criteria

• Good personal credit history as reported by CSS Services, Inc. which utilizes Equifax for it's credit information.

• Favorable Past Resident History as provided by a previous landlord, mortgage company, etc.

• A Parental/Guardian Guaranty is required for students who cannot meet income requirements.

• Monthly income equal to three times the monthly rental amount. Income may be generated from personal salary, guarantor income, investment income, etc., but must be documented for our records.
