Attached to this living area is the kitchenette. The kitchenette contains a range top burner, microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The kitchenette is designed for those who do not plan on cooking large meals. The bedroom is discovered behind a privacy door on the far wall across from the entry door. The rent is $650.00 per month. Maximum occupancy allowed is one person. Electricity, water, sewer, garbage, High-speed Internet, and Expanded Cable with HBO are all included in the rental price. An on-site laundry facility is available for the exclusive use of one bedroom residents. No security deposit is required. A $200.00 non-refundable reservation fee is required when the lease is signed.

Bedroom/Two Bath Floor Plan
The two-bedroom townhouse contains 1,024 square feet, spacious rooms, and designer interior appointments. The rent is $375.00 monthly per bedroom. For your added convenience, we've included a stack washer/dryer, electric range/oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, alarm system, and overhead lighting. Two persons per two-bedroom floor plan is the maximum occupancy allowed by The Garden District. The Garden District provides high speed internet, Expanded cable with HBO, water, and sewer at $65.00 per month per bedroom, which shall be paid along with each month's rent. An optional electricity package is offered to each apartment at a cost of $50.00 per bedroom. This helps the residents avoid the headaches of paying deposits with the power company and splitting the power bill among roommates. A $200.00 non-refundable reservation fee is required when the lease is signed.

The Management of The Garden District has arranged with Garden Furniture, LLC, to provide a full furniture package for both the two and three bedroom townhouses. The packages provide a full living room and dining room set, as well as a complete bedroom set. Sorry, packages cannot be divided to accommodate individual requests.
