Application

The application fee is $50.00 per applicant. This fee covers the full
processing performed by CSS Services, Inc. of Atlanta, GA. Each
applicant is subject to approval based on the described Resident Criteria.

To apply simply follow these steps:

1. Download the rental application form.
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view &
print the application.
If you do not have Acrobat Reader you can download it for free
from Adobe.

2. Print and complete the application form.
Please remember to include the $50.00 application fee.
Make check payable to The Garden District.
